Little Elva
Little Elva is an unusual, humpbacked Chiltern bear cub c.1950s, with the sweetest face and a chubby body and legs. She's only has tufts of gold mohair remaining, but her fur is lovely and long, and she would have looked even more adorable in her youth.
All original, and filled with kapok (head woodwool), Elva has amber safety eyes,
and velvet pads with only minor wear, and has kept some of her claws. There's a large squeaker in her tummy, which makes her look as though she's expecting twins! She also has a black-stitched nose and mouth and is a strong, sturdy old girl.
Wearing her cute vintage cotton outfit, Elva is just 13 inches tall, and her name is Anglo-Saxon meaning 'friend of the elves'.
