Toffee
A much-loved, chubby Farnell Toffee bear with remains of sideseam label c.1960. He's all original, except for his hat and scarf which are replicas, and stands 25 cms (10") tall.

Toffee was a popular character from the 1950s BBC Radio programme Listen with Mother. He's fully-jointed and filled with kapok. His eyes are amber glass and he has a black-stitched nose and mouth. His rexine pads are the cotton-backed remains of rexine.

Fairly bald, Toffee has kept about 10% of his caramel-coloured mohair. He's a delightful old teddy and fame hasn't gone to his head, despite the size of it!
TOFFEE IS £125.00
