Posy
Posy is a pretty rare, pink artsilk plush Merrythought girl c.1940s. She's 17 inches tall, with replaced clear glass eyes and a part-restored, black-stitched nose and original mouth.
Fully-jointed and filled with kapok (head woodwool), her pads have been restored with vintage rexine, and there's a non-working squeaker in her tummy.
Posy has kept about 85% of her fur, with most loss to her face and around her squeaker. She's a gorgeous old bear and is wearing her Bruin Knits outfit, decoratedf with a vintage, Coalport bone china rose brooch.
